OUR STORY
Meet the Family
John
I am the dad of the family. I grew up in Wheatland, WY, and after high school, went through an electrical apprenticeship in Colorado. After having enough of the fast life, I got a job and moved up to beautiful Montana. I love being an industrial electrician, working in Montana for 10 years and then moving back to Wyoming after our daughter was born. I love our family and all my girls and boy, never a dull moment.

I enjoy taking care of my family and taking everyone (yes, all 4 dogs, 1 toddler, my wife, and I) boating and camping!
Becky
I am of course the mom out here. I grew up in Western Montana, then after graduating high school, I joined and left for naval training in South Carolina and upstate New York. I served 6 years in the military during Operation Enduring Freedom and Operation Iraqi Freedom, where I also learned to be in industrial electrician and power plant operator, then got my nuclear engineering degree. I then headed back to my home state, working there for 7 years as a Relay Technician and Maintenance Electrician at a power plant. While there, I got my first Golden Retriever, Kyla, who made me just fall in love, such an amazing dog. I then met my husband and everything fell into place after that with a litter of gorgeous puppies in 2012, which is when we got our Tooters. We had our gorgeous daughter in 2015 followed shortly after by Tooter's litter of amazing pups in 2016, which is how we got our Quinny and Sheridan. I wanted to learn more about animals, finishing a degree in Veterinary Technician as well as my internship for Dog Grooming. While working at the power plant up in Montana, I also fell back in love with gardening, which I loved before the military. I opened my own greenhouse for garden transplants, so I can share with everyone the fulfillment and health of growing your own vegetables. I am currently attending school for my master's in business and hopefully getting into companion animal nutrition and physical therapy.
I enjoy the company of all my family, always with someone there to either rub their wet nose on my hand or to keep me thinking with her alphabet puzzles or helping out with my massive amounts of projects around the house.
Kyla "Boog"
I am the original golden in the family, nicknamed "Boog", short for Boogie since I wag my tail as if I were dancing. My mom got me from Missouri at 8 weeks old and I have such a great life I couldn't ask for anything more. I absolutely love camping, running, rolling in the snow, and spending time with the family. I even love the new additions to the family. I had a litter of puppies October 19, 2012, of which we kept a girl, Tooters, who I relax with on a daily basis. In 2016, Tooters had her litter of puppies, I was so happy I was done with that. I am now the grandma and can just enjoy them, they keep me young.
Caelyn "Tooters"
I am the cutest in the family, just had to get that straight in the beginning. My parents are Kyla and Brinkley, both good-looking goldens, although starting to get pretty gray by now, but both still loving life. I was born back in October 2012, then had my own wonderful batch of puppies on January 23rd, 2016. I loved all 9 of my puppies, from the shy dark ones to the pushy light ones. They are all gorgeous and I wish we could keep them all, but I decided to go with the trouble-makers of the bunch #1 (Sheridan) and #2 (Quinny), after myself of course as the trouble-maker of my litter as well. I have so much fun with my grandma and daughter and son, always someone to either cuddle up with or play tag and keep-away with.
Ainsley
I am the famous "New Addition to the Family" that everyone has been talking about. I was born May 16, 2015 in Montana just before moving down to Wyoming. I enjoy taking baths and dancing the most, just a bit more than my other favorites of running around with the pups and playing. I love the furry brother and sister, they keep me entertained with their wagging tails and wrestling. The three of us are quite the fun team with plenty of messes and made in record time. I love having so many furry family members to keep me entertained and happy as well as being a way to slip the food to that i don't want to eat or help shred paper in the front room just after mom got done vacuuming.
Quinny
I am the older of us two pups, being born just before my sister. I love to try and take her on as small as she is compared to me, but she is a challenge. I am darker colored after my mom and have longer hair, and do enjoy the family life on the farm. Between harrassing the ducks and chickens, and playing with the cat, running around like a wild banchee is the name of my game. I just love to run and chase rabits and bring mud in the house as much as possible. I do enjoy eating very much, especially the sweet potato recipe, and every once in a while I get some shrimp and salmon and sardines that I hardly taste going down. I couldn't have more of a fun life with my family.
Sheridan
Yes, I am indeed the youngest in the family, but in my eyes, that is best. I am the small hunting size which makes me more agile and allows me to run the fastest of all four of us dogs. I can get rabbits, birds, and my grandma has shown me to find field mice and pack rats. I am the hunter out of us, and enjoy running around with my brother to keep us in top shape. I am also, by far the worst trouble-maker out of us! I love it! There is not much fun in being calm, reserved, behaved, good. I love enjoying every second of life to the best it can be enjoyed, and to take anything for granted. I just love my entire family and the fun we have. Ainsley and I are best buddies, she helps me cause problems, then look so cute so we do not get in trouble for it. We are a great team, with Quinny jumping in and helping sometimes as well.
