            Highlander (65 days green, 85 days red)            
                                      - thick, meaty walls, with a milder fresher flavor and large fruit up to 8" long
                    - various good uses, including fresh, dried, canned, roasted, stuffed, and grilled

             
     Hot

             Jalapeno Early         
          - better adapted to cool conditions than the regular jalapeno
                   - dark-green, thick-walled, 3" green fruit ripens to red, can be eaten green or red
                   - 2,000-8,000 Scoville Units


             Pepperoncini (65 days)            
                    - semi-determinate
                    - heirloom
                    - bright green sweet and tangy fruit about 1oz each
                    - 12 to 16 clusters of fruit per vine
                    - used in Italian canning and paste


            Red Flame Cayenne Pepper (60 days green, 80 days red)             
                    - larger, productive plant with 6-6.5" long fruit
                 
  
            Ghost              
                    - one of the hottest peppers in the world coming in at 970,000 Scoville Units
                    - a gorgeous bright red, orange, and green fruit originating from India


     Specialty

            Pizza Pepper (80 days)         
          - heavy, thick-walled, 3-4" wedge peppers with a low amount of heat zing
                   - 14-18" tall high yielding plants that produce early
                   - amazing on pizzas


             Lipstick Pepper (55 days green, 75 days red)          
                   - sweet, juicy, thick, heart-shaped 4" peppers
                   - great in salads, salsas, as well as roasting
                   

            Banana Pepper (70-80 days)                   
                   - an All-American Selections Bronze Medal winner in 1941
                   - 4-7" long pointed mild yellow fruits that do turn red
                   - good in salads, frying, and pickling


            Alma Paprika (90 days)                
                   - sweet but a bit spicy, round red fruits
                   - great for drying and grinding into cooking spice
                   - vigorous plants, 20" tall
